GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General inforamtion

Before booking a service offered on our website, you must ensure that you have read and understood these conditions, as they will govern any subsequent contract. By making a reservation, you declare that you have read these conditions and have the legal capacity to accept them on your behalf and on behalf of all passengers. If you do not understand any of the contractual conditions, we strongly recommend that you contact us (email: msoussi@1001evasions.com, mobile: +212661902999 (call or WhatsApp)) before making any reservation. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, unfortunately, you will not be able to make a reservation on this site.

  • These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relationships between the customer and the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com (owned by the company 1001 EVASIONS, domiciled in Agadir), and they constitute a contract.
  • 1001 Evasions, through its website www.fasttrackmaroc.com, acts as an intermediary and represents the customer to its partner NAS MAROC for the Fast Track service and other partners for other services offered.
  • Any order placed on this site, its Android or Apple application, by WhatsApp or email, implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the acceptance of prices.
  • The validation of an order constitutes an electronic signature by the user by which he/she undertakes to respect all the general terms and conditions of sale both via the website, the WhatsApp application or email.
  • This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com.
  • The general terms and conditions of sale and use apply to all products and services offered directly by www.fasttrackmaroc.com or indirectly (through our partners) and for all our customers.
  • The assistance service is called "Fast Track" and also "Meet and Greet".
  • The "Customer": Any person or group of people accessing the booking platform www.fasttrackmaroc.com, its Android/Apple application or having contacted the reservation service by email or WhatsApp to book or purchase one or more of the services offered.
  • The customer must be 18 years old or older, have legal capacity to contract and use the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com in accordance with these terms of sale and use.
  • The customer is financially responsible for his/her payments on the website. He/she also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information concerning him/her provided on the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com.
  • Any fraudulent use of the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com, which would contravene these terms, justifies the refusal, at any time, to access the services offered by the site.

2. Description of Services:

The services offered by the fast track Morocco site are limited to what is detailed below:

2.1. Fast track service :

  • Departure: The client must absolutely call the agent on the mobile phone provided during confirmation by email or WhatsApp 20 minutes before arriving at the airport. The greeting takes place at the entrance of the terminal after the first police check; this is followed by passage through a dedicated circuit for formalities (check-in formalities are not included).
  • Arrival: If the plane is docked, the greeting takes place at the exit of the gangway; if the plane is not docked, the greeting takes place at the entrance of the terminal; this is followed by passage through a dedicated circuit for formalities. The "Fast track" service ends and the agent's mission stops at the baggage carousel.

2.2. Fast track service with lounge access:

    The service is defined as follows :
  • All the services indicated in Article 2.1 "Fast track service"
  • Accompagnement par l’agent aux Salons ;
  • Accompaniment by the agent to the lounges;
  • Provision of national and international press;
  • Equipped workspace; internet and wifi access; satellite TV. Provision of refreshments, hot dishes, sandwiches, pastries, sweet and savory canapes.

2.3. Fast track service + lounge access + luxury sedan transfer

    The service is defined as follows:
  • All the services indicated in Article 2.1 "Fast track service"
  • All the services indicated in Article 2.2 "Fast track service with lounge access"
  • Transportation in a luxury car to and from the airplane's foot to the entrance of the terminal, accompanied by agents if the aircraft is in a remote location.
  • This service is only available at Casablanca airport.
  • The lounge is only available for departures.

2.4. Private transfer service

    We offer private transfer services through our tourist transport partners who are licensed transport agencies. This service is not sold alone; the client must take a fast track service.
  • The transfer service offered is a private service: the vehicle can only be used by the passengers who have reserved.
  • Vehicle seats: the number of seats indicated on the site corresponds to the maximum number of people who can travel aboard the vehicle in addition to the driver for the price paid. Please note that children occupy a seat like adults.
  • We offer minibusses and buses on the site for indicative purposes.
  • The service can be performed by the same category of minibus or similar.

3. Reservation

  • During the reservation, the customer guarantees that they accept these sales conditions on their own behalf and on behalf of the persons for whom they have made one or more reservations."
  • The client is solely responsible for the information provided on the website, on the Android/Apple application, by email or by WhatsApp.
  • We decline all responsibility if the client provides us with incorrect information regarding the service they have booked, if they have entered their email address or phone number incorrectly, or if they have not indicated their country code; this information preventing us from contacting them if necessary.
  • The client who makes a reservation for more than one person guarantees to be individually responsible for all payments due for each of the people for whom he made the reservations.
  • The responsibility for transmitting all information provided by the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com, its Android/Apple application, WhatsApp, email, or SMS, or by any of its suppliers to all persons lies with the client.
  • All information transmitted to the client will be considered as transmitted to all persons for whom he has made one or more reservations.
  • The reserved fast track service is nominative and cannot be resold or transferred in whole or in part.
  • When you make a reservation, you agree to pay the displayed rate, including all applicable fees and taxes.
  • The client must comply with all the specificities relating to the security of the airport he/she is using.
  • The customer must comply with all reasonable instructions given by the Fast track agent or airport employee.
  • Arrival transfer: the pick-up time for transfers departing from the airport is the arrival time indicated for the fast track that is sold with the transfer.
  • For departure transfers, the client must indicate the pick-up time from their place of stay when making the reservation.
  • The price of the transfer varies depending on the location: the client must choose from those proposed or make a specific request by email.
  • All service bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • If a reservation is made less than 24 hours before the time of the service, it is not guaranteed that the service can be delivered, even if the online payment is made.
  • Any reservation made within 24 hours of the desired service time may be confirmed for an additional 50% of the displayed price, subject to acceptance.
  • Reservations made within 24 hours before the desired service time are made by email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
  • No reservation is confirmed if the full payment is not made.
  • The Fast track service takes place inside the airport.
  • For an arrival, the fast track service starts at the entrance hall of the terminal and ends at the baggage reclaim area.
  • For a departure, the fast track service starts from the first police check at the entrance of the terminal and ends at the boarding gate.
  • The fast track only facilitates customs formalities by allowing passage through the fast track line.
  • Our agents are not baggage handlers, it is a service upon request with an additional fee.
  • The customer must call the agent at the number received in the confirmation email and wait for the Fasttrack agent at the meeting point inside the airport.
  • The customer receives a confirmation after each payment. In case of non-receipt of the confirmation, the customer is required to request it.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform the Fast track team in Morocco of any modification or change to their initial reservation by email OR by phone call if it is within 48 hours of the service execution, using the following contact information: msoussi@1001evasions.com, info@1001evasions.com GSM: +212661 90 29 99 / + 212662 78 59 73.
  • Any modification between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service execution must be made by email and phone call to the contacts above.
  • Despite all our efforts, we cannot guarantee that modification requests will be satisfied. Fees may apply
  • No liability can be accepted by us or any of our service providers if the service is not delivered to you because you are not reachable at the various contacts you have provided us; because you have not received your confirmation, or because you have not followed the instructions provided to you
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to declare in advance all dangerous or prohibited items that will be transported. The agent will not be responsible for any penalties, losses, damages, costs, claims or expenses resulting from a violation of this rule.
  • For security reasons, you should never leave your luggage unattended.
  • Even if we display flight information or announce boarding, our agents are not responsible for ensuring your boarding onto the plane.
  • Access to the VIP Lounge: You can arrive at the lounge 3 hours before your flight. For each additional hour, fees will apply.
  • Children and passengers under 18 years old who access the VIP lounge must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Cancellation conditions

  • Any cancellation made 48 hours before the confirmed service time will be refunded 100% (minus the processing fees which are 20% of the amount paid).
  • Any cancellation made between 48 and 24 hours before the confirmed service time will be refunded 50% (minus the processing fees which are 20% of the amount paid).
  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours before the confirmed service time will not be refunded.
  • The customer cannot request any refund in case they enter incorrect data that prevents the service from being executed (for example, the date, flight number, flight time, airport name, wrong email, etc.).
  • The client is solely responsible for the information entered during the reservation.
  • The client cannot claim any refund if they have failed to comply with the instructions communicated in the confirmation, or if they arrive late.
  • During payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary information and instructions to follow upon your arrival at the airport.
  • It is your responsibility to keep this information with you in order to contact either your driver or the fast track agent.
  • No liability can be accepted by us or any of our service providers if the service is not delivered to you because you are not reachable at the various contacts you have provided us, or because you have not followed the instructions provided to you.
  • In the case of a fast track departure reservation, you are required to call the Fast Track agent at least 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport on the phone number provided during confirmation.
  • For the transfers departure, the customer must be ready at the communicated time. Our drivers cannot wait more than 15 minutes.
  • A client can book up to 10 services per booking.
  • In case of fraudulent use of the client's card, the latter must immediately contact their bank and file a complaint with the authorities.
  • The customer must also be sure that the contract with his banking institution provides insurance against fraudulent use of his card.
  • The services purchased on the www.fasttrackmaroc.com website and the rights attached to them are neither transferable nor modifiable
  • In case of disruptions caused by natural phenomena, volcanic activity or special weather conditions, airport strikes, our normal cancellation policy will apply.
  • In this case, the customer cannot ask for a refund or compensation for the costs resulting from this resolution.
  • The customer is required to provide truthful and accurate information when registering. Any false information prevents us from contacting you if necessary and will not result in any refund.
  • The customer's personal data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality during the order process. Only 1001 EVASIONS employees who own the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com have access to this information.

5. Applicable law and competent authorities

  • The laws of Morocco govern the contract between us and the customer.
  • Any dispute will be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Agadir/Morocco.
