GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the client (hereinafter “the Client”) and 1001 ÉVASIONS, based in Agadir and operating the website www.fasttrackmaroc.com (hereinafter “the Website”). Any booking made via the Website, its Android/Apple application, by email or by WhatsApp constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs, which serve as a contract. 1001 ÉVASIONS acts as an intermediary and represents the Client with its airport provider for the “Fast Track” service, as well as with its other partners for complementary services. The Client declares having the legal capacity to contract, being at least 18 years old, and undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information. Any fraudulent use or breach of these T&Cs authorizes the Website to refuse access to services. The term “Client” applies to any natural or legal person booking a service via the Website, the app, WhatsApp, or by email.


2. Services Offered

The Website provides the following services:

  • Airport assistance services (“Fast Track”, “Meet and Greet”, etc.).
  • Private transfer services (only bookable as an add-on to a Fast Track service). Vehicle categories are provided for guidance and may be replaced with similar models.

3. Reservation

  • All reservations are nominative, personal, and non-transferable.
  • The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (flight, date, time, contacts). In case of error, no refund will be granted.
  • A booking implies an obligation to pay the displayed price, including applicable taxes and fees.
  • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the service. Bookings made within 24 hours of the service require express confirmation and may incur a 50% surcharge.
  • No service is confirmed without full prepayment.
  • The Client must comply with all airport security rules, follow the agents’ instructions, and remain reachable at the provided contacts.
  • Baggage assistance is not included (extra service).
  • VIP lounge access: allowed 3 hours before the flight; additional hours are charged. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Service Execution

  • Arrival: service applies from the terminal entrance hall to the baggage area or terminal exit (depending on the package and description on the site).
  • Departure: service applies from the first police control to the boarding gate (depending on the package and description on the site).
  • Fast Track agents are not responsible for handling baggage (optional service).
  • The Client must contact the agent at the number provided in the confirmation and respect the agreed meeting points.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 48h before the service: 100% refund minus 20% administrative fees.
  • Between 48h and 24h: 50% refund minus 20% administrative fees.
  • Less than 24h: no refund.
  • No refund will be granted in cases of:
    • Incorrect information entered by the Client (e.g., flight, date, contact),
    • Failure to follow the instructions provided,
    • Client delay.
  • Valid refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
  • In case of force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, natural events), the standard cancellation conditions apply, without additional compensation.
  • No claim will be accepted after the service has ended; any incident must be immediately reported at the airport.

6. Personal Data

  • The data collected is used exclusively for processing bookings and remains confidential. Only employees of 1001 ÉVASIONS have access to it.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir (Morocco).
